How many people can join?
We work with groups of 6 to 12 in a private session. For larger groups, we discuss format and availability.
Is prior experience needed?
No. The activity is fully guided step by step and designed for beginners.
How long does it last?
The session usually lasts 2 to 3 hours, depending on the format chosen.
Can we request an invoice?
Let us know when you request your proposal and we'll prepare the company billing details and confirm with the team.
Can the session be held in English?
Let us know your preferred language in your first message and we'll confirm based on the date and team available.
What if the number of people changes?
We review it before confirming the session to adjust the format, space and proposal.
When can the pieces be collected?
After the session we complete the final finish and let you know when they're ready.
Can we bring a company idea or design?
Yes, you're welcome to bring a simple reference. We'll review it to see if it works with the chosen format.
How long does it take you to respond?
We usually respond within 24 hours if you write to us with the date and approximate number.
Can we pay by bank transfer with an invoice?
Yes. For company bookings we accept payment by bank transfer and issue an invoice with the company's tax details. It can also be processed with a purchase order (PO) number if your procurement department requires it.
