How a team tufting session works
Nothing complicated about it. The team arrives at the TUTU Studio workshop in Barcelona (C/ Diputació 341), splits into small groups, and each group works on its own design with a tufting gun, guided by the TUTU team the whole way through. No previous experience or particular manual skill is needed — everything is taught on the spot and we stay with you for the entire session.
A session runs 2 to 3 hours and works best with groups of 6 to 12 people. For bigger teams, we can set up several tables working in parallel. What matters is that everyone gets hands-on time with the tool, picks a colour, and helps build the final piece — this isn't something you watch, it's something you make.

What the team takes home (or back to the office)
The session doesn't end with just a photo to remember it by — it ends with a real, physical piece, made by the team, that can go back to the office (the break room, reception) or be split up among everyone who took part. A lot of teams decide together, right from the start, what design to make and where it'll live — and that conversation is already part of the team dynamic, before anyone's even picked up a tufting gun.
It's a result that outlasts the afternoon itself. A month later, when someone walks past it or steps on it in the office, they remember the session. That doesn't happen with an experience that gets consumed and forgotten.

We know how organising a team building day works from inside a company: you need an invoice with all the correct tax details and, often, a PO number so HR or Finance can approve the spend without friction. At TUTU Studio, that part's sorted — we issue proper invoices and can include your PO number without you having to chase us by email a week later. A detail we think about for the person organising it, not just the people taking part.
