Rain in Barcelona has a way of ruining plans built entirely around beaches and terraces. The good news: some of the best things in this city happen indoors — and a rainy day is the perfect excuse to do something you would never have planned. Here are ideas that work even when the forecast does not.
1. Make your own rug at a tufting workshop
